Post-traumatic pseudoaneurysm of the hepatic artery is rare and usually occurs as a complication after abdominal trauma. We report a patient presenting with abdominal mass occurring 2 years after blunt abdominal trauma resulting from a pseudoaneurysm of the right hepatic artery.
